The present invention relates to a recombinant vector comprising a tryptophanyl-tRNA synthetase gene and to uses thereof, wherein the recombinant vector of the present invention uses the tryptophanyl-tRNA synthetase protein as a fusion partner to increase the solubility of a target protein in a host cell, and thus may be usefully used for producing recombinant proteins.
