The present invention relates to a double shell-core composite particle, a manufacturing method thereof and a sunscreen composition comprising the double shell-core composite particle, wherein the double-shell-core composite particle according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: inorganic particles surrounding an organic ultraviolet blocking agent; and a silicone coating layer surrounding the inorganic particles. It is an object of the present invention to provide the double shell-core composite particle for minimizing skin irritation and simultaneously increasing an ultraviolet ray shielding effect, the manufacturing method thereof, and the sunscreen composition comprising the double shell-core composite particle.
