The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a laminate for a non-bonded structure, which comprises determining a target maximum load, determining a laminate condition, calculating a shear flow between the laminate materials, (KS), performance certification, quality certification, and new product certification by utilizing the contents of the present invention by making it possible to produce a structural laminate for structural safety that assures structural performance. In other words, the present invention contributes to the production of domestic structural composite plates, thereby promoting the domestic introduction of structural composite plates, spreading and expanding them, thereby enabling domestic construction, civil engineering, and furniture industries to be activated.
