The function of the blockchain core server is supportively provided by being added to the unique function of the main server, an e-money exchange market server, a participant terminal, or the user terminal connected through the USB connector, and the quantum random number generator is integrated with the blockchain core server or remotely connected through a communication network. As such, since a basic seed for determining a private key, a public key, and an e-wallet address is used as a quantum random number, the present invention is capable of enhancing security, thereby disabling redundant production caused by pattern prediction and preventing undue generation of a transaction including a wrong private key and a wrong public key as well as preventing undue generation of a block or blockchain.
