The present invention relates to a blockchain core server, capable of providing a password code to be applied to an e-money transaction system to transact e-money through personal communication or e-money exchange market, includes: a quantum random number management part receiving an e-wallet address request signal from a user terminal, which requests the transaction of e-money, and receiving a unique quantum random number corresponding to the e-wallet address request signal from a quantum random number generator; a password code processing part generating a private key, a public key, and an e-wallet address based on a quantum random number and then providing the keys and address to the user terminal; and an update part and a USB connector for providing security-related software. The function of the blockchain core server is supportively provided by being added to the unique function of the main server, an e-money exchange market server, a participant terminal, or the user terminal connected through the USB connector, and the quantum random number generator is integrated with the blockchain core server or remotely connected through a communication network. As such, since a basic seed for determining a private key, a public key, and an e-wallet address is used as a quantum random number, the present invention is capable of enhancing security, thereby disabling redundant production caused by pattern prediction and preventing undue generation of a transaction including a wrong private key and a wrong public key as well as preventing undue generation of a block or blockchain.
