GENE CHIP FOR DIAGNOSING INFECTIOUS DISEASES

A gene chip for diagnosing infectious diseases is disclosed. The gene chip according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a lower film comprising a plastic film; an upper film comprising a plastic film; an intermediate film comprising a pretreatment chamber disposed between the lower film and the upper film for separating the nucleic acid from a bio sample, an amplification and diagnosis chamber for amplifying and reading the separated nucleic acid through a polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and a plastic film on which channels are formed in which a plurality of cut-off sections are present while transferring the biosample; and a valve member disposed above the cut-off section of the channel to form a channel on the cut-off section and to transfer the bio-sample in the forward direction or block the transfer in the forward direction. The present invention is capable of performing sample pretreatment, nucleic acid amplification and reading on a single chip in a gene chip for the diagnosis of the infectious diseases.
