The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a convergent shape deformation mold based on a robot for small quantity batch production of atypical interior and exterior materials, capable of economically realizing various designs; and a method for manufacturing a mold for forming atypical interior and exterior materials. The apparatus of the present invention comprises a multi-point machine (100), a 3D printer (200), a CNC milling machine (300), and a concrete pouring apparatus (400). The method of the present invention comprises: a step (A) of deforming a membrane sheet (10) into a designed atypical form; a step (B) of stacking a forming material (20); a step (C) of completing a mold (30) on which an elevation pattern is completed; a step (D) of spraying a concrete (40) into the mold (30) and filling and curing the same; and a step (E) of obtaining an atypical concrete interior and exterior material (50).
