According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for manufacturing an opening form steel girder with improved buckling performance by using a circular steel pipe load transition material comprises the steps of: manufacturing a pair of upper members (10); installing a lower flange (20) to be continuous in a longitudinal direction, and installing a pair of upper members (10) on a lower flange (20); primarily coupling a load transfer material (30) on an upper side of a vertical reinforcement member (13) by a bolt (39); welding a lower end of a web plate (11) to a lower flange (20); installing a horizontal bracing (40); releasing tensile force (PM) from the load transfer material (30) and applying tensile force (PM′) corresponding to a conductive moment (M) on the horizontal bracing (40); secondarily coupling the load transfer material (30) to the upper side of the vertical reinforcement member (13); and completing an intermediate diaphragm. The compression resistance performance can be improved.
