The present invention relates to a hearing protection device based on intelligent active noise control, which comprises: a first microphone placed at an external side of an ear when wearing the hearing protection device to receive a noise signal from the outside; a speaker provided at an internal side of the hearing protection device, and outputting an antiphase signal of the noise signal to an internal side of the ear; and an antiphase signal generating unit receiving the noise signal from the first microphone to be filtered, phase controlling the filtered noise signal to generate an antiphase signal, and filtering and blocking a frequency band of a communication pattern that is set in advance. As stated above, according to the hearing protection device, as a warning sound at the outside or a voice is filtered to pass or be amplified, an external sound source necessary for work except for noise can be heard to smoothly perform the work.
