The present invention relates to a wastewater treatment apparatus comprising: a treatment tank body (100) divided by a partition part (110) into a front treatment tank (100a) including a wastewater inlet (101) and a rear treatment tank (100b) including a wastewater outlet (102); a lower hopper (130) receiving sludge precipitated in the front and rear treatment tanks (100a)(100b); and a precipitation inducing part (120) installed in the rear treatment tank (100b), and making floating matter precipitated in a space made by a plurality of overlapping slanted plates (121). A floating tank includes: a floating sludge collector (150) installed in the upper part of the treatment tank body (100); and an upward water level control pipe (160) connecting the bottom of the precipitation inducing part (120) to the wastewater outlet (120). A precipitating tank includes a waterway (190) connecting the upper part of the precipitation inducing part (120) to the wastewater outlet (102). One or more lower hoppers (130) are installed in the lower part of the front and rear treatment tanks (100a)(100b), but the hoppers are formed through a nonpowered method, in which sludge naturally flows down and gathers, or are installed through a powered method in which an electric rotation inducing plate (140) is installed on the surface. As such, the flow of wastewater is easily switched between the floating tank and the precipitation tank so that the wastewater is able to flow through the slanted plates (121) of the precipitation inducing part (120) from top to bottom or from bottom to top depending on the season and produced matter.
