There is provided a linear accelerator capable of generating a high-quality electron beam without using an electromagnet by focusing the electron beam through the phase adjustment of the electron beam passing through the acceleration tube. The linear accelerator includes an electron gun for emitting an electron beam and an acceleration tube for accelerating and accelerating by an electron beam incident thereon.
