Accordingly, site, location, and economic analyses are performed to evaluate the feasibility for a photovoltaic power generation facility and search for a suitable region without directly inputting information for a region where the photovoltaic power generation facility is to be installed or directly checking whether the region where the photovoltaic power generation facility is to be installed has any conflicting laws, ordinances, regulations, or instructions for the photovoltaic power generation facility. Also, a photovoltaic power generation facility development possibility or an installation area for an address location inputted by a user can be calculated in a number. Appearance with an installed photovoltaic power generation facility can be presented to be outputted or a predicted power generation amount in accordance with the appearance with the installed photovoltaic power generation facility can be calculated.
