The present invention provides a method for producing and operating virtual reality content for general medical radiographic inspection. According to the method for producing and operating virtual reality content for general medical radiographic inspection, a general medical radiographic inspection can be performed by three dimensional virtual reality content, thereby being able to perform education practice or training with respect to the general medical radiographic inspection without restrictions of time/place/number of persons at low costs; particularly being able to safely and efficiently provide practice education for the general medical radiographic inspection to students specialized in the field of medicine/health without restrictions of regulation of current laws on radiation safety management/radiation exposure/education place/medical equipment; being able to provide medical virtual reality content for medical education to unskilled medical personnel and medical technicians as well as the students specialized in the field of medicine/health; and being able to provide virtual reality content for on-the-job medical equipment production/maintenance to persons of a medical equipment provider in charge of setting up an imaging condition or the like. The method comprises: a step of selecting the kind of general radiographic inspection; a step of producing a general radiographic inspection manual; a step of producing a three dimensional inspection space; a step of producing a three dimensional VR inspection facility/inspection tool; a step of producing a three dimensional virtual character for a person under inspection; a step of operating content for virtually performing the general radiographic inspection; a step of storing information on a VR content operation device; a step of setting a three dimensional VR implementing system; and a step of executing general radiographic inspection VR content.
