The present invention relates to an FPCB installed with an ink cartridge reproducing controller. More specifically, The FPCB comprises a contact portion (10) provided with a plurality of contact points (11) corresponding to an electric contact portion (A) of an ink cartridge; and a flexible substrate (30) installed with a controller (21) electrically connected with the contact points (11). Thus, the FPCB installed with the ink cartridge reproducing controller is fused to the electric contact portion and used to reuse a waste ink cartridge.
