The present invention relates to a PBS nanocomposite material and a preparing method thereof, and more specifically, to a PBS nanocomposite material which has improved matter properties, and to a method which does not require a surface hydrophobic pretreatment process of cellulose, a melt-kneading process, a solution mixing process, etc. and is capable of preparing the PBS nanocomposite material with improved matter properties.
