The present invention forms a pattern on both sides of the leather from the central portion to the outside or alternately on both sides of the leather, so that the leather or the buffer member, which is pressed or contracted by pattern formation, is recovered to an original shape when forming the pattern to increase the volume feeling of the pattern. Particularly, according to the present invention, when a pattern is formed, the pattern is formed by heat-pressing one edge first and then heat-pressing the opposite edge with a time difference, so that when the one pattern is formed, the leather and the buffer member are not crumpled or contracted, thereby preventing the decrease of the volume feeling. In addition, since the width of the pattern and the adhesion width between the pattern and the pattern can be formed differently, various patterns can be formed, as well as to patterns having different adhesive widths can be formed, thereby being used universally.
