The present invention relates to a bentonite molded product for a high efficiency underground heat exchanger and, more specifically, to a bentonite molded product for a high efficiency underground heat exchanger, and a manufacturing method thereof, in which construction can be performed by a method of simply adding water to a previously molded grouting material at a construction site instead of a grouting step which mixes and inputs various mixtures at a construction site, and a mixture ratio is considered to enhance thermal conductivity. The present invention solves a layer separation phenomenon of a mixture such as bentonite and silica sand; provides the bentonite molded product for geothermal heat having regular mixing composition to maintain high heat exchange characteristics and also to regularly maintain gelation and solidification characteristics; uses the bentonite molded product formed with a small diameter to minimize a dust generation amount at the construction site; is simply mixed with water and poured at the construction site to maintain quality; and performs the construction to a deeper position to enhance work performance.
