The present invention discloses a method of glass bead welding an ignition device for fixture separation in a vacuum atmosphere, wherein the method is capable of preventing a surface blackening phenomenon or a glass bead heterogeneity solidifying phenomenon by removing various inert gases generated from a metal surface and glass beads in the process of glass bead melting an ignition device in a high temperature furnace. To this end, the method of glass bead welding the ignition device for fixture separation of the present invention comprises: assembling the ignition device so that a rubber washer, a rubber moisture-proof plate, a radio-frequency attenuator and a rubber support are combined between a frame and a pin; injecting the assembled ignition device into the high temperature furnace; and heating the assembled ignition device injected into the high temperature furnace to melt glass beads inserted between the pin and the frame to achieve the purposes of electrical insulation, sealing and fixing, wherein the heating process in the high temperature furnace is continuously performed through a pre-high vacuum heating section (STEP1), a low vacuum heating section (STEP1), and a post-high vacuum heating section (STEP1). Therefore, the method according to the present invention has useful effects that the method not only can prevent blackening contamination of the ignition device by discharging a total amount of inert gases generated from the metal surface and glass beads in a high temperature atmosphere in spite of operation of the high temperature furnace for melting the glass beads, but also enables a high quality ignition device to be manufactured by completely removing up to gases generated from an inner layer of the glass beads.
