The present invention relates to a hybrid bone graft containing a collagen derived from flakes and a method for producing the same, and more particularly, to a biodegradable polymeric material such as poly (lactic-coglycolic acid) (PLGA) (HAp), which is a ceramic-based bone inducing material, to improve mechanical properties and significantly reduce inflammation, and a method for producing the same.
