One embodiment of the present invention provides a wood coupling assembly for a high-rise wooden building, to facilitate management of a process and process precision. According to the present invention, the wood coupling assembly for a high-rise wooden building comprises a wood pillar coupling device, first and second wood pillars, and a wood beam. The wood pillar coupling device comprises: a first coupling frame; a horizontal partition to divide the inside of the first coupling frame into first and second coupling parts; a first inner partition dividing the inner side of the first coupling part to form a pair of first coupling spaces; a second inner partition dividing the inner side to form a pair of second coupling spaces and disposed in the same direction as that of the first inner partition; a vertical fixing plate; and a horizontal support plate simultaneously coupled to the bottom part of a cover side plate and the bottom part of the vertical fixing plate, and disposed symmetrically with the vertical fixing plate.
