The present invention relates to an industrial wastewater reuse system. More specifically, the industrial wastewater reuse system can apply a flat sheet ceramic membrane (FSCM) filter made of inorganic materials when purifying and reusing wastewater by installing the filter to a water collection tank to enhance the chemical resistance, heat resistance, and physical strength for enhancing the durability. The industrial wastewater reuse system for using the inorganic filter on the water collection tank in semiconductor fields enables easy washing operations by using a simple structure and reducing the degree of contamination caused by impurities, links a reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment apparatus and an electro de-ionization (EDI) water treatment apparatus for enhancing the water treatment efficiency, executes a bypassing operation for directly using the purified water in accordance with the total dissolved solid (TDS) level, and conveys the purified water back to the water collection tank to enhance the water quality through diluting the raw water. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the industrial wastewater reuse system uses a water treatment apparatus for treating industrial water and reusing the same. The inorganic filter is installed in the water collection tank for collecting the contaminated raw water to pretreat the raw water in the water collection tank. The filter includes: filter members made of an inorganic material; a suction casing unit which is arranged on an end of the filter members in the longitudinal direction and filters and flows the raw water from the external side of the filter members by generating a vacuum on the filter members; and a fixing frame fixing the filter members stacked together.
