The present invention relates to a jig for testing shear stress, comprising: a jig body formed of a first step and a second step; a connecting ring arranged in the first step and connected to an external crane; an insertion portion arranged between the first step and the second step, and inserted with a shear stress testing bar; and a tube member inserted with the shear stress testing bar to match the size of the shear stress testing bar with that of the insertion portion, and arranged in the insertion portion. According to the present invention, the jig for testing shear stress is able to perform strong fixation regardless of the size of the shear stress testing bar, thereby capable of effectively implementing a shear stress test.
