The present invention relates to a locking system with an enhanced smartphone security function while quickly and simply using a lock device due to a simple approval procedure, and a method thereof. By combining a mobile key and a password of a smartphone, a mobile application additionally installed in the smartphone is approved to transmit the mobile key while checking whether the lock device is connected, thereby enhancing a security function while simplifying the approval procedure. Therefore, the lock device can be quickly and simply opened and closed, and can be remotely managed and monitored by transmitting management information including a lock using history of the lock device to a server by passing through the smartphone as well as improving accuracy in operation and management of the lock device by receiving time information of the smartphone and updating a lock time.
