The present invention relates to a waterproofing and anti-corrosion method of a concrete structure, which reinforces waterproofness and durability of various kinds of concrete structures of a water purification plant, a sewage treatment plant, water/sewage pipe, and the like to protect a surface and prevent corrosion of an internal rebar. In particular, according to the present invention, the waterproofing and anti-corrosion method of a concrete structure comprises: a pretreatment step of washing a concrete base surface with high pressure water and smoothening the surface; a coating formation step of coating a rubber resin-based waterproofing/anti-corrosion agent on the pretreated base surface to form a coating; and a finishing step of washing the surface of the formed coating with high pressure water. The rubber resin-based waterproofing/anti-corrosion agent comprises: 50 to 80 weight percent of butyl rubber; 1 to 5 weight percent of organic amine; 5 to 10 weight percent of acrylic latex; 0.1 to 20 weight percent of a carbon reinforcement agent; 0.1 to 5 weight percent of a plasticizer; 10 to 20 weight percent of additives; and 5 to 10 weight percent of a curing promoter. Accordingly, since the rubber resin-based waterproofing/anti-corrosion agent is used, bonding property with a material to be coated is excellent, and properties, such as waterproofing and anti-chemical properties, are excellent, thereby providing performance to protect a surface of a concrete structure. Moreover, since a top coating agent including nano metal powder or nano metal oxide password is applied, properties, such as weatherability, thermal characteristics, wear resistance, impact resistance, crack resistance, and the like, are largely improved, thereby providing advantages of preventing corrosion of an internal rebar and maintaining a structure protection effect for a long period.
