The platform includes: an enterprise trade part enabling a terminal of an importer to conduct ordering, payment, and delivery processes for importing a product through a communication network, and setting a grade according to the urgency degree of the import order through the terminal of the importer; a grade confirming part providing a trade state and trade information of a lower grade than the grade of the importer to the terminal of the importer when the terminal of the importer makes a request regarding an urgent import quantity; a required delivery calculating part calculating and providing required time for delivery to the terminal of the importer when the terminal of the importer changes a delivery destination, corresponding to a lower grade than the grade of the importer, to a registered delivery destination of the importer; an expenditure calculating part calculating and providing a compensation, which is supposed to be provided to an original orderer in proportion to the grade, to the terminal of the importer when the importer wants to receive the product on his or her own by changing the delivery destination corresponding to a lower grade than the grade of the importer; and a delivery destination changing part practically changing a delivery destination of the product, corresponding to a transaction with completed payment, to the registered delivery destination of the importer when the importer pays for the compensation of the expenditure calculating part through the terminal of the importer.
