Disclosed are an intrusion detection sensor for perimeter security, and a perimeter security system and a perimeter security method using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an intrusion detection sensor for perimeter security, and a perimeter security system and a perimeter security method using the same includes: a first trigger sensor including a three-axis acceleration sensor detecting a vibration value generated at a fence by an intruding body and an infrared heat sensor detecting a value of change in infrared rays generated by the body temperature of the intruding body; a high-performance sensor including an infrared marker and an image monitoring sensor operating when the first trigger sensor is activated; a first signal processing unit processing a signal to determine an intruding state of the intruding body, based on the detected vibration value and the value of change in infrared rays; a second signal processing unit processing a signal to determine whether a marking state of the infrared marker monitored by the image monitoring sensor is a mark hidden state by the intruding body; and a communication unit communicating with a controller of a control center to transmit, to the controller, at least one of location information of the image monitoring sensor and image data captured by the image monitoring sensor when the intruding body is intruding and a mark is hidden by the intruding body. Thus, an occurrence of a wrong warning can be suppressed.
