The present invention provides a system for managing an intelligent smart portable water supplier capable of performing IoT-based autonomous driving which comprises: a control unit arranged in a portable water supplier; a wireless transceiver arranged in the portable water supplier, and transmitting data of the control unit for the overall driving status of the portable water supplier; and a management unit for storing big data for a plurality of portable water supplier cases, collecting and storing the data by transceiving through the wireless transceiver and a communication network, and analyzing the data based on big data to provide a customized driving condition of the portable water supplier. The control unit receives an analysis result of the management unit through the wireless transceiver to control the portable water supplier with the customized driving condition.
