The present invention relates to a photothermal conversion infrared-sensitive self-assembled peptide-carbon nanotube complex, which suggests a new type of structure that changes depending on infrared irradiation by bonding a ligand peptide and a dendrimer peptide to the surface of a carbon nanotube . Specifically, the peptide-carbon nanotube complex can remotely control the hydrodynamic structure through infrared irradiation, and has an advantage that the differentiation from stem cells or progenitor cells to neurons can be controlled very efficiently.
