The present invention relates to a plate truss girder and a composite girder bridge using the same that are capable of achieving efficient sectional design and easy manufacturing, increasing twist resistance of a top chord in a perpendicular direction to a bridge axis, and being rarely influenced by a wind load. According to the present invention, the plate truss girder includes: a plate-shaped top chord disposed in the longitudinal direction thereof and having a given width in a width direction thereof; a plate-shaped bottom chord spaced apart from the top chord under the top chord and having a given width in the width direction thereof; a plurality of plate-shaped diagonal members having both end portions coupled to the underside of the top chord and the top of the bottom chord and having a given width in the width direction thereof; a top reinforcement fixedly coupled to top of the top chord in the longitudinal direction thereof to reinforce axial buckling strength of the top chord; and a pair of plate-shaped webs disposed between the top chord and the bottom chord on both ends of the girder to allow the diagonal members to be located therebetween.
