The present invention relates to a construction method of a prestressed concrete girder bridge. More specifically, the present invention relates to an H-shaped steel assembly with a prestress introduced thereto and a construction method of a prestressed concrete girder bridge using the same, wherein the H-shaped steel assembly has a prestress introduced thereto by a restraint device, and the restraint device can be removed after introducing a prestress to the entire girder by installing an H-shaped steel assembly to which a prestress is introduced by the restraint device on the upper part of a concrete girder. According to the present invention, a construction method of a prestressed concrete girder bridge using an H-shaped steel assembly which is introduced by a restraint device comprises: a step of forming an H-shaped steel assembly by assembling a restraint device having a tensioning material to a flange of an H-shaped steel; a step of introducing a prestress into the H-shaped steel by tensioning the tensioning material of the restraint device; a step of installing the H-shaped steel assembly having the prestress introduced thereto on a reinforcing bar assembled to manufacture a girder; a step of depositing and curing girder concrete to embed the bottom flange of the H-shaped steel; a step of introducing a prestress to the girder by extending a PC steel wire inserted into the girder; a step of installing the girder having a prestress introduced thereto on an abutment and a pier; a step of installing a precast deck for depositing bottom plate concrete; a step of separating the restraint device from the H-shaped steel; and a step of depositing the bottom plate concrete.
