More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for producing flower syrup, and more particularly to a method for producing flower syrup by mixing 4 to 6 parts by weight of a medicinal crop extract with 1 to 3 parts by weight of a fruit crop, 3 to 10 parts by weight The present invention provides a method for producing flower syrup which is produced by aging for a day. The present invention can be utilized for drinks, drinks, cocktails, dressings, sauces, desserts and the like by producing syrups of flowers which have been cultivated or dried to limit their use for cooking. The syrup of the present invention can extract the flavor, color and taste of edible flowers without loss and can be applied to saccharified foods such as sikhye, jocheong and aged foods. In addition, the present invention can be applied to a new food material market by using flower syrup itself by applying a method of enhancing the functionality and preservability of flower syrup by using a natural preservative such as stevioside.
