The present invention relates to a method for detecting and analyzing lower urinary tract and genital infection, and more specifically, to a method for detecting lower urinary tract and genital infection which uses melting peak analysis and is capable of analyzing whether a subject sample has been exposed to the lower urinary tract and genital infection using a primer specifically binding to genomes of various causative bacteria which cause lower urinary tract and genital infection among various infectious microorganisms. According to the method of the present invention, it is possible to simultaneously and accurately detect the presence of various viruses and bacteria due to the difference in melting temperature between the multiple amplification nested signal amplification (MANSA) and the melting curve, without any conventional additional restriction enzyme treatment or nucleotide sequence analysis. Thus, the method of the present invention has improved time and cost efficiency in the development of real-time PCR assays.
