DOUBLE POLARIZATION TRANCEIVING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SWEEP RADAR BROAD SCANNING

The present teachings relate to a dual polarization transmission and reception method using full polarization for wide scan of a sweep radar. More specifically, a plurality of feed horns are all turned on to transmit a beam to a wide area, and two horns are turned on to receive a signal when receiving. The received signal is separated into the vertical polarization and the horizontal polarization by the orthogonal mode polarization separator, and the signals are combined to remove the blind spot and scan the area to be observed.
