A user terminal apparatus for controlling a voice guidance apparatus is disclosed. The user terminal apparatus for controlling a voice guidance apparatus comprises: a communication unit for communicating with a voice guidance apparatus and a server; a touch screen for displaying information of the voice guidance apparatus; a sound output unit for outputting the information of the voice guidance apparatus as a voice; and a control unit for receiving identification information from the voice guidance apparatus within a predetermined distance, and transmitting the received identification information to the server so as to receive information of the voice guidance apparatus corresponding to the transmitted identification information from the server, to display the received information of the voice guidance apparatus corresponding to the identification information, to output the information of the voice guidance apparatus as a voice, and to transmit an operation signal to the voice guidance apparatus.
