The invention relates to a fire-stop wall partition device to be installed in a high-security building. Said device includes a wall partition (1) and an opening (2) intended to receive a pre-hung door. The partition (1) includes a framework (4, 5) consisting of a first series of metal transverse U channels (4), and a second series of metal transverse C channels (5), said channels being assembled therebetween such as to form an outer rectangular peripheral frame, defining the surface area of the partition (1), and an inner rectangular frame defining said opening (2) for receiving the pre-hung door. The vertical sides of said frames are formed by the metal C channels (5), and the horizontal sides thereof are formed by the metal U channels (4). Said partition (1) also includes at least two fire-stop panels suitable for covering, around said opening (2), each side of the plane containing said framework.
