Before the introduction of the drug antagonist the patient's body is immersed in hot water, except the head, with water temperature of 46 °C with the provision of lung saturation to 95–100 %. Temperature in the middle third of the esophagus and on the tympanic membrane is measured, BIS-monitoring is carried out. Body is heated at maximum speed of 1 °C within 5 minutes. According to BIS-monitoring, when the temperature in the middle third of the esophagus and on the tympanic membrane equals to 42.5–43.8 °C, "biological crucial point" is determined. In this case, dalargin at a dose of 1 mg/ml is injected intravenously, when the body temperature reaches 40 °C and at each degree of temperature increase, as well as at the moment of reaching "biological crucial point". Methadone antagonist is administered at the time of achieving "biological crucial point".
