It can also be used to assure the reception of information pulse signals against the background of natural or artificial interference and to determine the parameters of artificial interference in radio electronic reconnaissance systems.;The general technical task is the confident reception of information signals against the background of artificial or natural interference.;The technical task of the utility model is to increase the confident reception of useful signals against a background of artificial or random interference, i.e. increase of noise immunity.;The technical result is achieved by constructing an electrical circuit based on the application of the neural network.;To solve this problem, a device for receiving and recognizing noise-like signals is proposed, based on the use of the similarity of a neural network, with each bit of the received information of logical signals through its dendrite connected to a neuron whose output through the axon is connected to the user, with the ADCs being used as dendrites, in as a neuron - a microprocessor, as an axon - an output matching device, with the microprocessor additionally connected with the PLC by communication buses: by starting the ADC, reading the ADC with info and a bus. 5 ill.
