AORTAL CANYLE FOR PARALLEL PERFUSION OF THE BODY AT THE TOTAL RECONSTRUCTION OF AORTA ARCS

Aortic cannula for parallel perfusion of the body is proposed for total reconstruction of the aortic arch, which is a polyvinylchloride tube with a diameter of 24 Fr, with a rounded outlet end and an inflatable cuff ball up to 60 ml on one side and a straight connector 3/8 in. For connection to the arterial highway the extracorporeal contour on the other side of the tube, located under the balloon cuff, is equipped with a stainless steel bushing with the tube of a thickened tube wall to the cylinder of the inflationary line with two-way valve.;The result, which can be obtained by routine use of the proposed model, is to improve the quality of perfusion in the treatment of aortic arch pathology, increase the number of reconstructive operations on the arch of the aorta, and reduce the length of the patient's stay in the hospital.
