METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF BENIGN TUMOUR OR TUMOUR-LIKE OVARIAN FORMATIONS IN WOMEN OF REPRODUCTIVE AGE

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: laparoscopic cystectomy with coagulation of the ovary tissue in the bed of the removed cyst is performed. The inversion cystectomy technique is used, which is characterized by a cut made over the cyst in the area most distal from the ovary gates. The contents of the cyst are drained. Then the cyst capsule is cut in the ovary gate area and the cyst capsule is removed by the "parachute" principle, i.e. from the ovary gate to the periphery. Subsequent argon-plasma coagulation is carried out using the ERBE VIO 300 D coagulator in the Precise APC mode with a voltage of 20 W, exposure time of 3 seconds and argon feed rate of 5 l/min.;EFFECT: method allows to efficiently implement surgical intervention with minimal trauma, while maintaining the ovarian reserve, thereby reducing the duration of surgery, postoperative rehabilitation time, reducing the number of of post-operative complications and restoring reproductive health of the patient.;2 ex
