FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: to eliminate the central fold of the retina after surgical treatment of extensive traumatic retinal detachment, endovitreal retinal puncture is performed around the fold area outside the macula. Balanced saline is injected subrationally until the retina detaches in this zone. PFOC is injected into the vitreous cavity prior to fold expansion, the internal border membrane is removed and PFOC is replaced by the gas-air mixture.;EFFECT: possibility of visual functions restoration after traumatic injuries of the retina with formation of the central fold of the retina.;5 cl, 1 ex, 2 dwg
