FIELD: biotechnology.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a monoclonal antibody selectively binding the Ebola virus glycoprotein with a dissociation constant of the complex1.8×10^-9M, as well as isolated DNA fragments encoding the light and heavy chain regions of the said antibody, and an antigen-binding fragment of the above monoclonal antibody. The specificity of the monoclonal antibody to the Ebola virus glycoprotein was confirmed by immunoassay and immunoblotting.
