FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: anaesthesia of the upper-lateral, upper-medial and lower-medial geniculate nerves is carried out under external control. Optional anaesthesia of the lower-lateral geniculate nerve is performed, with 5 ml of 0.75% ropivacaine injected per each nerve, and the external control is exercised by ultrasonic method, visualizing blood vessels accompanying the nerves branches.;EFFECT: method does not cause motor blockade and allows early activation of patients, prevents afferent nociception in the central nervous system, allows to avoid intravascular direction of the needle tip, does not require X-ray navigation.;3 ex, 3 dwg
