FIELD: biotechnology.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of biologically active compound, natural laminaran polysaccharide. Use of microalga Streblonema sp. as raw material for preparation of natural laminaran polysaccharide. Method for enrichment of microalgae Streblonema sp. natural polysaccharide laminaran. Enrichment is carried out in two stages. First stage accumulates biomass of microalgae Streblonema sp. by cultivating it on a nutrient medium for at least 10 days, at a temperature of 8–18 °C and illumination from 35 to 100 mcE/m2 with weekly replacement of the nutrient medium. In second stage, natural lysamine polysaccharide is accumulated in microalgae Streblonema sp. by replacing the nutrient medium with a non-nitric nutrient medium. Then on it for not less than 7 days, microalga Streblonema sp. at temperature of 8 to 18 °C and illumination from 35 to 100 mcE/m2.;EFFECT: invention allows use of filamentous brown alga Streblonema sphaericum in production of laminaran.;4 cl, 1 tbl, 5 ex
