Patient with heart failure with low left ventricular ejection fraction SNfVV in the stable phase against the background of optimal therapy is determined by HDR, heart rate, the level of systolic blood pressure measured in orthostasis at 3–5 minutes, the concentration of NT-proBNP in the blood serum and calculate S(t) according to the original formula. At S(t) values, more than 80 % consider the prognosis of survival of the patient with SNF for 1 year favorable, at values from 60 to 80 % – unfavorable, less than 60 % – extremely unfavorable.
