METHOD FOR PREDICTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF CRITICAL CONDITIONS OF WOMEN DURING CHILDBEARING AND DURING THE PUERPERIUM

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of medicine, namely to gynecology and obstetrics, and refers to the method for predicting critical conditions of women during childbearing and during the puerperium. Essence of the method: in the first and second trimesters the leukocyte index of intoxication is calculated on the basis of the obtained general blood tests and its indicators are evaluated, in case if the value of leukocyte index of intoxication is above 1.5 conv. units in the first and above 2.21 conv. units in the second trimester, the development of critical conditions during childbearing and during the puerperium is predicted.;EFFECT: invention provides for the increase in the reliability of the method, which makes it possible to obtain the informed solution of the questions concerning the routing of pregnant women (about the need to hospitalize the woman for the period of childbearing to the obstetric hospital of group III) and the appointment of timely treatment, which is aimed at correcting the pathological condition.;1 cl, 4 ex
