METHOD OF CONVECTIVE CLOUDS FORMING AND CONVECTIVE CLOUDS FORMING DEVICE

FIELD: meteorology.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to the field of meteorology and can be used to actively influence the atmosphere with the purpose of artificial formation of convective clouds. Method of convective clouds forming consists in determining of the winds movement direction relative to the planned impact area with the subsequent generation of corona discharge in the volume of the air flow passing through the planned impact area. At that, during the corona discharge generation, to the volume of the passing air stream combustion products of the aerosol-forming composition are added. Convective clouds forming device includes electrically insulating installed corona electrodes, which are electrically insulated with a gap with respect to the grounded structure, electrically connected to a high-voltage power source. Device is provided with a burner for burning of the aerosol-forming composition. Grounded structure is made in the form of concentric electrically conductive elements surrounding combustion products of the aerosol-forming composition that leave the burner nozzle.;EFFECT: technical result provided by a group of inventions consists in increasing the probability of convective clouds formation.;3 cl, 1 dwg, 4 tbl
