FIELD: transportation.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to facilities for transportation of liquids, in particular highly inflammable, toxic and aggressive liquids. High-capacity explosion-proof tank truck comprises car chassis (1) with a frame, tank (2) with discharge and filling hoses and an explosion-proof device made in the form of an explosion-proof valve comprising a valve body, a gate valve, heat-insulating and rupture elements, and a lined load gate valve, movably connected to the valve body. Lined load gate movable connection with valve body base is made in form of three rods vertically installed in the holes made in the peripheral part of the body of the lined load gate. By lower part, rods are fixed in valve body base, and in the upper part they have a damping device facing the load gate. Each of three damping devices is fixed on horizontal bridge, rigidly connected with rod and made with a damping device connected to an elastomer bushing having resilient members, the upper end of which is connected to the base of the damping device, and lower end is in free state and protrudes beyond bushing bottom plane at distance defined by force, generated with impact blast wave. To the end surface of the bushing from the side of the free end of the resilient members, a safety element made in the form of a cone resting on the base of the bushing is rigidly attached, the top of the safety element is formed with an opening into which the rod enters.;EFFECT: invention increases tank-truck explosion safety during transportation of inflammable, explosive liquids.;1 cl, 4 dwg
