FIELD: instrument engineering.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of recording pulse signals and relates to a multi-channel fiber optic system for synchronous triggering of recorders. System includes a transmitting unit with one electric starter input and several optical outputs, receiver units and recorders. Outputs of the transmitting unit are connected by optical fibers of the same length to each receiver unit, and each receiving unit is connected to a corresponding recorder. Each receiving unit includes a photoelectric receiver. Transmitting unit includes a series-connected electrical pulse former, an optical transmitter and an optical coupler, forming optical signals. Optical transmitter is made on the basis of a super-luminescent diode or a semiconductor laser. Electric pulse generator is made on the basis of a trigger scheme with subnanosecond speed of response, and photoelectric receivers also have subnanosecond speed of response.;EFFECT: technical result is the ensuring of the synchronization of the triggering of recorders with subnanosecond accuracy.;1 cl, 2 dwg
