FIELD: nanotechnology.;SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining pH-sensitive branched nodes of DNA-nanoconstructions stable at pH 4÷6.5 is proposed. The method is based on the self-assembly of synthetic oligonucleotides XCn or CnX due to the formation of intercalated motif structures, where C is the deoxycytidine residue; n = 5÷25 is number of deoxycytidine residues; X is a substituent selected from T25 or HEX-T25, T is thymidine, HEX is 4,7,2',4',5',7'-hexachlorofluorescein. The oligonucleotides are dissolved in 10 mM Tris-HCl buffer at pH 5.5 containing 10 mM KCl. Further, the samples are held for 5 minutes at 90°C, then cooled on ice or at a rate of 0.5°C/min.;EFFECT: depending on n, nodal structures in which 2-8 or more molecular blocks can be attached are obtained.;4 dwg, 4 ex
