FIELD: meat processing.;SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to clipper for manufacturing (CM) sausage products such as sausages by stuffing a tubular or bag-like packaging membrane shell (M) with a filler material and closing the said packed tubular or bag-like packaging membrane shell (M). Clipper for manufacturing (CM) includes filling tube (10), along which the filler material is fed into the said tubular or bag-like packaging membrane shell (M) put on the said filling tube (10), component for braking (CB) of the membrane shell located on filling tube (10), to limit the movement of the said tubular packaging membrane shell (M) at least during packing, ruffling means (30) for ruffling the said tubular packaging membrane shell (M) and forming thereon twisted portion (P) and clipping device (20) for housing at least one closing means (C), such as a clip closure, onto twisted part (P) formed on the stuffed tubular or bag-shaped packaging membrane shell (M) in closing region (CR). Clipper for manufacturing (CM) further comprises hood (H) defining at least front wall (100), rear wall and two side walls of clipper for manufacturing (CM) designed to guard at least clipping device (20) and ruffling means (30). Hood (H) includes at least one hood member (140) disposed on front wall (100) of hood (H) to close at least closing region (CR), in which at least one hood member (140) is connected to clipper for manufacturing (CM) by coupling device (200, 300) including shifting mechanism (200) for reversely shifting hood member (140) with respect to clipper for manufacturing (CM) in the direction of shift (DS), with the purpose of providing access to closing region (CR) of clipper for manufacturing (CM).;EFFECT: clipper for manufacturing sausage products is provided.;15 cl, 7 dwg
