FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely, to the surgery of idiopathic scoliotic deformity of the spine in the form of the double thoracic arch of children. Rest of the vertebrae are provided with standard transpedicular support elements. First rod is installed along the convex side of the upper arc of curvature and along the concave side of the lower arc of curvature, the rod is pre-curved along the physiological kyphosis of the thoracic spine with the implementation of the three-dimensional correction of the lower arch of the thoracic spine deformity by performing the vertebral derotation due to reduction screws and segmental contraction at the apex of the lower arc of deformity.
